  1. What is City Sports Club Cebu?  
  City Sports Club Cebu (CSCC) is Cebu's premier sports club that offers complete and diverse facilities for sports, recreation, and health and fitness for the whole family.

  2. Where is CSCC located?  
  it is located on Cardinal Rosales Avenue, in the heart of Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. it is directly across the Cebu City Marriot Hotel.

  3. Who is the developer of CSCC?  
  It is a joint venture between Ayala Land, Inc. and its affiliate, Cebu Holdings Inc., two publicly listed leading real estate firms belonging to the prestigious Ayala Group.

  4. How do I become a member of CSCC?  
  Before becoming a member, you must:
    1. Purchase a proprietary share at the prevailing prices:
    • Class A - P859,000 (now on 5th tranche)
    • Class B - P925,000 (now on 5th tranche)
    • Class C - P1,485,000 (5th tranche)

    2. Comply with the following membership application requirements:
    • Accomplished Membership Application Form (MAF)
    • 4 pcs. 2x2 colored photos, 2 pcs. 1x1 colored photos
    • Dependents Declaration Form with the following requirements:
      1. If married, copy of the marriage contract and birth certificates of the dependents
      2. 2 pcs. 1x1 colored photos of the dependents
      3. Specimen signitures of the dependents
      4. Cost of the membership cards, payable upon issuance of the permanent card

  5. What are proprietary shares?  
  Buying a proprietary share makes you one of the club's owners. You will have an undivided interest in the club and will be entitled to a pro-rata share of the assets of the Club at the time of its dissolution or liquidation.

  7. How do I know which class I should buy?  
 
  • Class A shares may be sold to citizens of the Philippines, or to partnership, corporations or associations of which at least 60% of the outstanding capital stock entitled to vote is owned and controlled by citizens of the Philippines. Every holder of a Class A share shall have voting rights, exercisable in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws of the Corporation.
  • Class B common shares may be sold to any individual, partnership, corporations or associations, irrespective of their nationality or citizenship. They are entitled to 1 club membership, but cannot be nominated and elected as one of the directors of the Company & shall have no voting rigths.
  • Class C common shares may be sold only to corporations, partnership or associations irrespective of their nationality. A holder shall be entitled to one(1) membership in the Club and shall have the rigth to assign one(1) playing right. Class C common shares shall have voting rights, exercisable in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws of the Company.

  8. What are the privilages of having a voting right?  
  These rights will entitle you to vote on club policies and regulations.

  9. What is a playing right?  
  These right refers to the priviledge of members to use the club facilities.

  10. Can I assign my membership to someone else?  
  Yes, a deed of assignment must be executed and approved by the board members of the club. An admission fee of P30,000 and a refundable deposit of P15,000 must be paid.

  11. As a member of CSCC, will I also be able to use other clubs?  
  Yes, CSCC has reciprocity arrangement with other clubs. As a member of CSCC you are entitled to special playing privileges with the following properties:
    1. The American Club Singapore
    2. Manila Polo Club
    3. The United Services Recreation Club - Hongkong

  12. Do I have to comply with special requirements to use their club facilities?  
  As a CSCC member or dependent, you only need to present your City Sports Club Cebu membership card and a valid ID card to the front office staff at any Microtel Inn & Suites. All charges must be paid as incurred.

  13. Do I have to pay club dues at CSCC? How much is it?  
  Yes, club dues are P1,600 every month, with P600 of this amount consumable at any of the clubs facilities.

  14. If I become a member, who else in my family can use the club facilities?  
  Your spouse, children and legal dependents will be extended the privilages of the club, except for voting rights. A monthly fee of P375 will be charged for dependents who are single and between ages 21 and 28 years old.

  15. Is there an age limit for dependents?  
  Yes, dependents have to be unmarried and 28 years old and below.

  16. What is a legal dependent?  
  'Legal Dependents' covers minors other than children of members, over whose person the courts have granted guardianship to the member.

  17. What if I am single?  
  As a single member, you are allowed to have a maximum of 2 dependents. They can be your parents OR any relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity who are 18 years old and below.

  CSCC had its grand opening last September 22, 2001.
